We were appointed as the principal Contracor responsible for the remodelling of a food premises into new office accommodation for an Insurance Brokers in Nottingham. Works undertaken included:
Complete renewal of the heating system
Revised electrics throughout
Reconfiguration of existing space including replastering, new decorations and new flooring throughout.
New doors, skirting and architrave throughout
Formation of a new reception area, including new entrance facade and glazing throughout.
Refurbishment of the existing kitchen and dining space
