Current Projects and Recent Completions
Since the start of 2015 we have commenced a number of new projects below are a few examples of works we are undertaking:
Works are still underway on the New Build bespoke House on Croft Road, Edwalton. Externally we are currently completing the garden walls while inside the house we are in the finshing stages with decorating, tiling, plumbing and internal joinery all taking place currently, the kitchen is also being installed and Mechanical and Electrical items also progressing well.
In early 2015 we commenced a significant remodelling project of a house on Grange Road, Edwalton, having previously worked for this customer we were delighted to be asked to undertake further works for the family. The project involves multiple extensions to the house including a new front extension which will also consist of exposed finished concrete walls to the sun room. Internally there is a significant amount of remodelling works being undertaken throughout incorporating a new kitchen, living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms.
We have just commenced works to a Health Spa in the Leicestershire Countryside, the works consist of an extension to and remodelling of the existing beauty shop.
FGL have recently completed significant extensions to three properties on Dovedale Road, West Bridgford, each property also involved a large quantity of internal remodelling how one in particular was practically a complete refurbishment on the property. These projects also consisted of a significant amount of external works.
We have also just completed works to a Dental Practice in West Bridgford, the existing building has been extended and refurbished throughout.
In addition to the above we have also completed or are nearly complete on a number of project in West Bridgford including external works to a property on Lancelyn Gardens, an externsion to a property on Mountsorrel Drive and the completion of an extension to a property on Seymour Road, we are also pleased that the customers on Seymour Road have also opted for us to undertake a further extension on their property which we have commenced. In addition to the above we also continue to undertake minor works to new and previous customers within West Bridgford and farther afield.
We have also been undertaking works particularly in the South of Nottinghamshire. The construction of the new house in Hickling was fully completed and awareded it's Code for Sustainable Homes Certificate this quarter. In the neighbouring village of Colston Bassett the extensions to a property in West Lodge has been completed. We have also successfully undertaken domestic extensions on Farmer Street, Bradmore, Laming Gap Lane, Stanton on the Wolds and Gatcombe Close in Radcliffe on Trent.
