Single storey rear extension on Trevor Road

Flat roof extension on the rear of an existing property including large aluminium roof lantern and aluminium bi fold doors. The extension created additional living accommodation included removing the rear kitchen and old dining room walls. The kitchen was also re designed into the new open plan space and a family sung was created in the old dining room. The extension incorporated under floor heating through out and a media wall in the snug. Externally a large raised patio was built to take advantage of the bi-fold doors .
