We were appointed as the principal Contractor for the construction of a Contemporary new house in Edwalton, Nottinghamshire. This challenging project required a high level of coordination with the customer and the design team. We pride ourselved on our working relationships with our clients, this inevitably helps in ensuring we create the type of home that the client had hoped for.
The project consisted of:
- Demolition of the existing property on the plot of land
- Construction of a new waterproof reinforced concrete basement which will form a new gymnasium among other rooms
- Open plan kitchen/living area
- Additional top floor kitchen/entertainment room including a roof terrace
- New garages and outhouses and landscaping throughout
- Bespoke spiral staircase
- Individually designed bathrooms
- Natural Stone tiling to substantial areas of the property
- Throughcolour rendered facades to all elevations
- High proportion of glazed areas to the property enhancing natural light and providing an open plan living space
