This project involved the construction of two properties. To do this, a number of trees were removed in order to clear the site and two new build properties were built on piled foundations which we constructed using traditional brick and feature stonework with a slate tiled roof. The houses were consisted of three storeys and build to a high specification. A new drainage system was installed with new connections into the road. New incoming gas water and electric connections were made in the road. We did the bathrooms, engineer timber flooring to the ground floor, oak staircases, and all external landscaping.
