We were appointed as the Main Contractor overseeing the new construction of a new extension to a property in Colston Bassett, South East Nottinghamshire

Special Features
Every effort was made to ensure that the new extension matched the existing house as closely as possible. For this reason partiucular time and care was taken to ensure the correct roof tiles rainwater goods and external decorations were chosen prior to the works being undertaken.
The customer predominatly worked from home therefore it was important that works were undertaken in a manner that did not cause distrubances, the property is also situated in a quiet countryside estate further highlighting the importance of not disturbing neighbouring properties.
Internally the works created a new kitchen, living and dining area for the customers.
