We undertook a rear contemporary ground floor extension to the property. We were able to make sure the bricks matched the existing property and installed a sarnafil rubber flat roof. We installed aluminium sliding doors and a roof lantern as well as edar sloping soffits. We removed the existing floor in the kitchen and hall and installed a new solid floor with underfloor heating.
