Rear steel frame two storey extension together with loft conversion to form large bedroom/living room with ensuite to the first floor and increased ground floor living room with large aluminium glass curtain walling system and sarnafil roofing with decor bars and lead clad dormer to the front elevation.
The existing feature stonework was sand blasted and left exposed within the new extension. New lighting was installed in the soffits surrounding property together with new cast iron style guttering and down pipes to the property.
