The works consisted of a complete internal remodel of the building including the removal of the existing staircase and landing and the installation of a new bespoke steel staircase and landing via crane installation whilst also ensuring the external walls and roof are left in tact.
Bespoke glazing installation throughout the property.
Installation of a new heating system comprising of an air source heath pump and underfloor heating installation to the property
Bespokely manufactures hardwoord joinery items including doors and walling were installed throughout the property
Construction of a new front sun room and side entrance area designed to optimise natural light within the building whilst also utilising a green roof construction to enhance biodiversity
Construction of a new bespoke dormer bathroom with a glazed roof
External works the property including renewing the paving to the perimeter, new aluminium rainwater goods and a new raised patio to the front garden
