We oversaw the remodelling of a property into a new Doctors Surgery in Carlton, Nottingham. Works included refurbishment of the existing property and a new front extension incorporating underfloor heating and an air source heat pump. In order to enhance natural lighting to the reception area through the incorporation of a form of curtain wall glazing and velux roof windows.

All clinical spaces were constructed to meet the requirements of infection control. This involved the installation of air exchanger units, clinical flooring and clinical mixer taps and basins.
Enahnced specification of insulation to the top floor improving the buildings thermal properties.
The external landscaping incorporated block paving with integrated uplighters.
The whole property was modified to suit disabled patient access throughout the building.
New staff area installed including a new kitchen
Large Yoga room installed using bespoke Oak Flooring
