The first floor extension formed a larger rear bedroom and created a new en-suite
The ground floor extension created a larger living space which looked out onto the properties back garden
A new stove was installed in the living room, this involved alterations to the chimney as it was currently blocked off and the installation of a new hearth
The creation of an undercroft below the ground floor extension which is used by the customer for storage
External landscaping to the rear garden area including new paving and a raised planter wall
